In view of the latest anti-pandemic measures launched by the Macao SAR Government, and considering that the Monetary Authority of Macao has required all financial institutions to provide limited services from July 25 to July 29, 2022 (the "affected period"), we have put in place the following arrangements:
• Our Customer Service Hotline (853) 8398 0383 won't be affected and its service hours will remain from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• To reduce the risk of virus transmission, our cashier counter on the 14th floor of Circle Square will offer limited public services from 10 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday during the affected period. Please note that except for the cashier counter, other services at our Customer Service Centre will remain suspended during the affected period.
• If you need to submit any documents, please contact your Manulife agent for assistance, or email us the relevant e-forms (both signed and completed) at firstname.lastname@example.org;
• You can use "BOCNET" or "ATM" to pay your renewal premium. If there is any problem with your policy due to late payment of premiums during the affected period, please contact our Customer Service Hotline or your agent for assistance.
• Customers can send their documents to Manulife (International) Limited by post (Address: Avenida De Almeida Ribeiro No. 61, Circle Square, 14 andar A, Macau). Given the latest anti-pandemic measures in Macao, please note that the time of mail delivery could be affected.
